Applications may be obtained at the Harwich Town Hall, 732 Main Street, During Business Hours; Harwich Community Center, Oak Street, During Business Hours; Harwich Housing Authority on Wednesday and Friday Mornings; or by go to www.HECH.org ; or by writing to Harwich Housing Authority, P.O. Box 714, Harwichport, MA 02646.
Income and Asset guidelines apply (see income limits below). Homes will be subject to an affordable housing restriction. See Program Application for details.
Asset Limit is $75,000.
